Bahrain work visa and USA B1 B2 visa valid till 2020 What field do you currently work in? currently iam heading the division of watch and accessories as a manager catering to 35 brands such as Fossil brand, Twc group brands, Fendi, Dior,Tonino Lamborghini, TW steel, Swarvoaski, Police, Technomarin and others as a buyer cum Division Manager. What fields have you worked in before? Retail operations manager post in the field of fashion garment, textiles, FMCG & Hypermarket, Lavazza Coffee & Watches and accessories What qualifications do you hold? i hold a bachelor degree in commerce - B.Com Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? both or equally valuable consider the type of job but a formal education with hands on skill is considered to be more valuable than just the skilled education as formal education opens up new avenues with regular challenges in new dimension Describe the benefits of working with others it always the team work which gives the best result than an indepndent work depenind on circumstances and position in the company some time you work as an individual but still you need to work along with your co workers for all the necessary datas and help so i strongly feel working with othres paves a successful road. Describe the benefits of working alone the benefits of working alone depends on the position you hold in the company when you are the head of the department or team and you represent the whole group and you are answerable to the senior management with regards to your division and by working alone all the credits will be for the individual which can be positive or negetive credits depening on the end result What was your worst working experience? takeing up an overseas job and the employer not keeping up to the promises.
