I am currently working in a bank (Banco de Oro, Philippines) as Junior New Accounts Teller (JNAT)II.
What fields have you worked in before?
*I have undergone on-the-job training with the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company based here in Davao City, Philippines. *I was also connected with National Statistics Office for a year. *I've been an employee of Amway Philippines based in Cebu City for almost two years. *I have also experienced working in a call center as Customer Service Associate based in Davao City, Philippines.
What qualifications do you hold?
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Management Accounting at Ateneo de Davao University. I have ample experiences in leadership since I have experienced being a leader way back in Highschool and College years. I am also an achiever. I am flexible, trainable, committed, hard working and very optimistic person.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I consider them both valuable because having formal education is necessary in acquiring or pursuing a stable career, while skills are also important in order to become an efficient and effective person and worker at the same time.

Working with other people is very important because it's a great opportunity to develop personally and socially since it's a give and take relationship. It is also one of the factors in achieving a goal or objective.

Working alone is somewhat good since you can focus and think more in your tasks.
What was your worst working experience?
In my previous jobs, I have encountered clients who have different personalities. I have encountered clients who were dishonest and mean, however, I took it as a challenge on my part. During those difficult experiences, I became more mature and responsible.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
The most important lesson I have learned throughout my career is the importance of growing up, independence, and being positive no matter what will happen.
What unique skills do you have?
I am proficient in computer word, excel, and powerpoint programs and conversant in public speaking.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
My ultimate dream job is to become a lawyer. I am always concerned and sensitive with other people, that's the reason why I really wanted a job which involve services to other people.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
In my field, I can work anywhere be it in managerial, finance, or accounting. I am also a goal and people oriented person. I am an optimistic and determined person.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
I considered my unfulfilled dreams and goals as least interesting. That's the reason why I really have to persevere more to achieve them.
