Skills gained because its the best way to learn, your hands on and actually experience what you are doing and learning more. Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes it good to work alone as sometimes we need time to be able to think on our own, building up your own strengths and character. What was your worst working experience? Working underground in damp and hot conditions that can all off a sudden drop below freezing without a warning. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Take all that is offered to you, keep on fighting for what you want to achieve, set goals that can be improved. What unique skills do you have? Negotiating, I can get on with all walks of life and come to a successful solution.I am able to gain true trust within people. Working in the Philippines being able to pass on my experience I have gained throughout my life and helping people improve there lifes such as recruitment, finding Philippino's jobs that get them and there families somewhere in life What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting people and being able to negotiate details and contracts to fulfill peoples dreams. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? A cannot think there are any.
