11 years work experience 2 years having lived in the Philippines (regII...Tuguegarao-Ilagan- Bayombong-Gattaran) speak Tagalog

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I have 3+ yrs of formal education. I appreciate the organizational skills it taught me, as well as the communication/people skills needed to survive in college. I also value street smarts, or skills as I am surrounded by talented people in sales, who do amazing with no formal education. I value both a formal education and skills.

Describe the benefits of working with others

I believe interaction with others is one of our purposes here on Earth. Working with others is an amazing way to expand ones knowledge, gain experience, and learn.

Things get done.

What was your worst working experience?

Cleaning up the family dog run.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

There is always somebody with an answer.

finance manager who analyses personal credit, structures loans with lenders, sell high retail items

Kahit ano po!

Daily interaction with new people everday, problem solving while working with a team, and in interesting challenge.

Patience, as some mistakes are made while lessons are learned.
