Formal education or skills and why? I have 3+ yrs of formal education. I appreciate the organizational skills it taught me, as well as the communication/people skills needed to survive in college. I also value street smarts, or skills as I am surrounded by talented people in sales, who do amazing with no formal education. I value both a formal education and skills.
