Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Generally, you cannot replace one from the other. However, I believe that having a formal education will render an individual a very strong foundation in whichever field a person wishes to pursue.Through education, an individual would easilly understand the whats' and what nots' of any field of work. Because of this, skills would be easilly learned and inculcated in a persons mind which would eventully be second nature to the person.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Their are countless of good things we can get from working with others. Within a company, it is easier to achive a common goal if everybody is moving as one. Further more, the burden of finishing the job on time will be lesser if everyone within a group will chip in and contribute their skills. In addition, working with others will help an individual have a healthier life because their will be lesser stress involved if everyone is helping each other. Lastly, it would provide an individual the chance to grow mentally because of the many chance of brain storming involved when working with others.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone gives an individual the chance to concentrate on what to do. An individual will have the oppurtunity to pour an uninterrupted attention for details to achieve excellence. Further more, a worker can easilly manage his time and prioritize things concerning the job at hand. Lastly, working alone will put an individual in an environment which is free from counter productive things red tape and bureaucracy

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was during my first week working in the Middle East. Since most of my paients are purely Arabic, I had a very hard time communicating with them and giving them instruction. I felt very sad and felt no sanse of accomplishment because of the huge language barrier that sepparates me from my patients. However, because of this experience, I started to learn the language, asked people to teach me basic and colloquial Arabic and read the English-Arabic dictionary. Since then, I enjoyed learning new things and new languages.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important lesson I have learned at work is to respect my coleagues skills and capabilities. You will be surprised with what your peers can and will do to make everyones job easy.

What unique skills do you have?

I still surprise my friends and peers on how fast I develop raport and establish a firm interpersonal communication with others. This is an asset I use specially with newly hired employees that join our team. This makes them feel more welcome and accepted.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

I still dream of working as a test driver of big car companies such as Lamborghini, Ferrari and Bugatti.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Providing Therapy to patients with orthopedic problems and disorders is the most interesting aspect of my field. With the myriads of orthopedic cases, it keeps me on my toes to serch and combine old and new treatment programs to provide relief, restore function and make my patients life easier. Their is virtually no orthopedic case where a physical therapist can not help.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The least interesting part of my field is explaining and involving patients family members about the goals and their part in the rehabilitation of their love ones. It has become a cliche to say that everyone should be involved in the rehabilitation of patient. Most often than not,it does not happen and therapist are being left alone to continue the rehabilitation of the patient.

What is a negative thing you caan say about yourself?

The bad thing about me is I'm having a hard time saying no to people even though I my decision is half baked. However, I'm trying now to give a litle bit more reservation for myself and thingk twice before saying yes and help other people.
