Aside that it decreases our workloads; it grows our ability to understand others, empathize with their feelings and share their experiences with fascination. It frames mistakes as essential to learn from as part of the collaborative process. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone allows you to develop independence and self-descipline. Working alone also is most important when there's a need for focus and in building trust and confidence in oneself. What was your worst working experience? so far i handle situations accordingly so as not to have unlikeful working experiences, because i believe that in every other person and workplace have a certain differences and not everybody is being pleased for one's sake. Worse experience for me would be not having one's employment benefits which is lawfully unjust and having been to work for long periods of hours without being compensated equally. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? i think the most interesting part of our field is that we are able to work with other healthcare professionals and aide them in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. We are also able to help in building the future with our research and lastly would be we are able to work with the most advance technologies. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? the least interesting aspect in my field maybe would be the fact that even there have been declines of our population in the working industry and the health risks from our work nature and environment; a disparity in our salary compared to other healthcare workers is very vast.
