Michelle D. Manalac (203.87.176.38) -

What type of job are you looking for?

I am looking for a job which is mainly focused on helping out people. I believe it's more on social service. I can do work in a clinical setting as well.

What nationality are you?

I am a Filipino Citizen.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I can speak fluently in Filipino and English languages.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I want to start working here in the Philippines first so I could serve my countrymen. I believe that we need a lot of sincere and concerned workers here in the Philippines, and I can prove that I'm one of them who could truly do my service not only for money but out of genuine concern as well.

However, I can definitely consider working in other countries too.

What countries have you worked in?

I have only experienced working here in the Philippines.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

I have not applied for working visa in other countries.

What field do you currently work in?

I am currently resigned and my recent job was in a call center company.

What fields have you worked in before?

I worked in a clinical setting before, it was particularly in a drug treatment and rehabilitation center. After that, I shifted to working in call center companies.

What qualifications do you hold?

I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science Major in Sociology.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

For me, formal education and skills are both valuable. It is very important to have been graduated with a degree because all of the learning that we got from school will be definitely applied and will be beneficial when we get ourselves to work already. Along with this, skills are equally needed to meet our goals and achieve our purpose for working.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with other people would be another learning. I believe that I can learn from other people, especially from their experiences and teachings.

Describe the benefits of working alone

One of the benefits that I can get from working alone is that I could focus more on what I'm doing and would teach me to be independent particularly in making crucial decisions at work.

What was your worst working experience?

I could not consider it worst since I was able to manage it yet honestly, working in call center companies didn't give me much satisfaction as compared to the experience that I had when I was working in rehabilitation center- the feeling of being able to help people is really awesome.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I have learned that working doesn't only goes along with salary, it is very important that when you work, it's out of service, passion, contentment and learning as well.

What unique skills do you have?

I believe that I have the ability to touch people's lives by showing my empathy and being patient just to be able to help them.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job is simply to serve and work with needy people. I really want to help change people's lives.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspects in my chosen field is that I am able to deal with different kinds of people and that somehow, I am able to be a part of their lives.

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I find it uninteresting whenever those family members who are importantly needed to help the patient are not being cooperative and supportive. But of course, in this cases, doubled efforts are needed to help the patient solve his issues in life.

How can potential employers contact you?

You can contact me through this email address mychelle_05@yahoo.com and also with this mobile number +639174016843.
