Jobs for overage yet qualified to work applicant

What type of job are you looking for?

In my expertise as well as per my experiences, I am looking for the type of job inline with sales and marketing or human resource management.

What nationality are you?

I am a Filipino

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I speak fluent tagalog and english.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

My first priority would be here in the Philippines, because apparently working in your own country would be a lot easier since i already know the culture and the behaviour of filipino people. However, I would love to be given a chance also to work in Canada to which I will be given the chance to earn more and work in a favorable environment and to which they focus on bringing your family that will pose a good backup when one is in a foreign land.

What countries have you worked in?

I have not worked in other countries yet but the Philippines

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

As of now i have no visa to work in other countries.

What field do you currently work in?

I am not currently working, but my past jobs dealt on Human Resource Management, Sales and Marketing and Office Management.

What fields have you worked in before?

After college I was employed as Personnel Administrative Assistant for five years. Then I decided to resign to explore another field which was Sales & Marketing and eventually became an Office and Accounting Manager.

What qualifications do you hold?

I am a graduate of BSBA major in Banking & Finance and have MBA units. I have 28 years of working experience. I have a driving skill and sales & marketing skills as well as office operations.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal Education will always be valuable because from here one can be able to discover the skills one possesses. Formal Education is acknowledged and accredited and documented which one can use in her journey to job hunt for a better life.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others will broaden your skill of understanding the behavior of other people and once understood one can adapt to people's behaviour as well as to her environment.Working with others is very enriching and very educational and inspiring as well.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone will make one more focused on her work. One can be able to think productively for the efficient result and working alone can generate more ideas which later can be shared to others.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience happened from my latest job to which I was the author of the project which the 2 bosses themselves destroyed it beacuse of envy and insecurity. I was not desiring to be acknowledged all I wanted was to make the system workable to lessen loses. But I was not given the chance.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important lessons I have learned throughout my careers are:In managing people there should be empathy and understanding and compromise. In sales, one should know how to identify signals of closing the sales and in marketing, there's no such thing as saturation and in office operations the manager should always be on top of the situation.

What unique skills do you have?

I have a skill to undestand the most unimplied situation and apply the right solution. I have a skill in solving personnel problems and work on a agreed solutions. I am a good mentor.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Dream jobs tend to change at advancement of age. I once dreamt of being just a secretary of a well known figure, later my dream job is to manage a group of aggressive sales force and now at my age my dream job is to serve, to solve and to implement what is best for every individual which can generate money, camaraderie and harmony and fun.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

My most interesting aspects of my field is being the team leader of a sales group which we became a champion in sales.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The least interesting aspect of my field was when I was appointed to be the Manager but never had the power to be one. It was like a paper tiger to which all what I know were not given the chance to be implemented to grow.

In this time if you will be given the chance to work on your dream job what would you do?

Initially, I will jump and shout gratefully! and composed myself then spread the good news to my family and start to focus on it. I will give my 101 percent capability and ability to do the job because this would be my last hurray!
