Philippines What field do you currently work in? Field of Nursing, I work as a Nurse. this is my first work i applied. What qualifications do you hold? i am a board passer her in Philippines as a nurse. i have 2 years experience related to my profession, i was trained IV therapy, BLS, CPR and ambulance operation, i possess certificates to prove that i undergone those trainings. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Without the knowledge you cannot perform the action or skills you want to do. The truth, knowledge first before skills, but if you have all the knowledge and you wont be able to put in action knowledge serves useless. So i think skills is very important to a person who has knowledge so that the knowledge will be able to put in action. Both knowledge and skills are very interchangeably misunderstood of all. But in my opinion i considered that you must possess knowledge and eager to do it in action so that skills will be reveal. Describe the benefits of working with others the benefits working with others are you can gain experience with your profession and you can interact to different persons surround you and can get other opinion or solution to a problem. Describe the benefits of working alone you cannot express the relationship with you and your co-workers, no interaction can be done, no opinions. it is merely you can decide and do the things you have planned. What was your worst working experience? while working in the hospital, the patient is very arrogant but i put my self in a stable mood manner and sympathize to patient and relative of what he suffered and experiencing during his illness. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? i learned a lot but most especially not only the skills but the communication and interaction with your subordinates and co-workers. people are not similar of who you are. they have different view in life and experiences that can help you to grow and to make your work much better improvement What unique skills do you have? i am IV therapist,trained to do CPR, BLS and Ambulance Operator What would you consider as your 'dream job'? my dream job is to be a nurse. and i really posses it right now but i want to be a nurse in other country to prove that i can show and prove that my abilities is not only here in my country but in other country.
