Formal education or skills and why? Both. Without the formal education but with the skills and knowledge your growth as an individual and as a professional will be limited into some aspects. Companies usually search for a well educated applicant not only as a skillful worker. Describe the benefits of working with others In working in a team one enhances his/her inter relation skills that is a very good tool in working harmoniously and with the best outcome. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone has an advantage because this will show your real skills and passion for details. What was your worst working experience? Working in a very multi tasking manner. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Working alone and working with others is conditional. Both ways you exhibit your professionalism and career advancement. Working with others requires a lot of interpersonal skills and you must always consider each team members opinion and suggestion for the better result. Working alone justifies your talent and skills as an individual but you still need to consult others for better outcome. What unique skills do you have? I can multi task, and adapt into different environment easily, i am keen into details and result oriented. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? The job which I can bring out the best in me.
