Office staff , cashier, on the job training on my teaching profession What qualifications do you hold? responsible, trustworthy, honest, workaholic, smart enthusiastic, energetic Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? they are both valuable but i considered skills are more valuable.. through skills we develop education, a formal education does not give u life skills or make u smarter than someone that did not graduate high school.i also preferred skills because the students of the present days get certified in a theoretical way but they get failed when they come to job.So it will be better for us to consider the skill in all aspect and so we can filter those who were not fit in the practical work. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others helps u to improve your abilities your personalities the more your working with others the more you become educated everyday will going to be a learning process at the same time working and improving to become better and better as well. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone gives more autonomy and power to decide. it enables acting according to one's judgment without facing criticism. even while working alone, eperts advice and consultations with others can be fruitfully availed but the ulitimate decision will be with one person. working alone is best for those who want no interference with their style and working. What was your worst working experience? when i first hired in the office my supervisor always got angry to me because the people that sorrounds me said bad things about me that was not true..but in the end i develop a good communication with her when she finally realized that i was not like what they say.
