Definitely, in Japan because after the tsunami disaster of this country many establishments such as buildings, factories, warehouses, residence houses and etc. have been totally destroyed by the sudden attack of the calamity. therefore, there are so many opportunities have come to reach the fact that a smaw welder like me is indeed a big help to recreate and rebuilding such damages. And personally i've watched the national geographic recently regarding on the tsunami disaster in japan.I was really terrified of what i saw so i come up the idea of applying for job in this country as a welder. because i think a welder in this recreation is very much needed.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

For me its both because how will you do the job right if you only have education? but you dont have the skills which is important because having the skills is having the techniques you have learn in your experiences.and if you have skills then how will you learn broadly without education. or even a sense of educating yourself to do the next step to achieve.which is important also.,learning is no stopping.

teamwork is very important. when you know how to work with others very well then you'll get the job done fastly, excellent and you'll gain supportive co-workers at anytime.

The benefits of working alone is like a mission to accomplish. you'll get to focus and concentrate to work all by yourself and do the job right.sometimes you have to work on critical situations and conditions.when you achieve to do the job right then it'll be easier for you what job may come ahead for you.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was i had to deal working with mostly men because a welder job is for men but now a days many women gone to practice this job already. but only few women i have known and never work with yet. its kinda awkward at first but i getting used to it already and in the end we made a good friends. regarding showering with fire while welding i dont think its a worst experience because if you love your job then youre ready to tackle danger and possible might happen so safety first is very important.
