It is important that both education and skills are valuable. Although, I consider skills more valuable, because formal education without actual skills or practical applications is less irrelevant. Describe the benefits of working with others There are a few benefits of working with others such as learning to develop friendship with co-workers, able to develop working well in a team, one can improve dealing with other people by learning and understanding other's cultures. Moreover, working in a team improves working experience through learning skills shared by teammates. Describe the benefits of working alone One can concentrate more on specific job appointments.
