I consider both of them, Education is the number 1 asset cause it is the one who brought us and build us our personality. It also widens our knowledge in different fields and be open-minded in our surroundings, while skills,it helps us to develop our foundation of what we've learn during our education,thru our experience it builds more our ability & creativeness to be part of the world that we are moving on. Describe the benefits of working with others It helps us to develop that "we" are belong to the world that we lived for. It helps develop our personality integration. It also help us to learn,develops our capabilities as well as face with courage with people. Be better to start with the lower position with everything that you dream to be in the future, Hardworking and the desire to learn will lead you to that dream in your heart & mind. To dream and to aim with combination of hardworking will lead to success. As I been start to being a housemaid, and been showed of ability to learn, I reached for what I am now. I do this not only for myself,but because I been a single parent that I need to raise my children,that push me to try my luck in other countries.
