HOTEL CONTRACTING SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION • Attend domestic and international Tourism fairs • Prepare and analyze periodic reports to determine the countries / cities in which to contract hotels • Create an account for the hotels and/or DMC’s in the Extranet system • Provide log-in details for the hotelier and/or the DMC’s. • Provide support where and when needed to the hoteliers and/or DMC’s • Check the information and activate the hotel(s) and send activation link • Do regular rate checks and inform hoteliers and/or DMC’s where and when necessary to achieve optimum results. • Prepare and submit reports to immediate supervisor / manager periodically • To perform all other tasks position requires and as assigned by immediate supervisor / manager.
