I consider both of them, Education is the number 1 asset cause it is the one who brought us and build us our personality. It also widens our knowledge in different fields and be open-minded in our surroundings, while skills,it helps us to develop our foundation of what we've learn during our education,thru our experience it builds more our ability & creativeness to be part of the world that we are moving on. Describe the benefits of working with others It helps us to develop that "we" are belong to the world that we lived for. It helps develop our personality integration.
