JOB APPLICATIONWhat type of job are you looking for? I am looking for any part time here in Warsaw. What nationality are you? I am a Cameroonian living in Warsaw,Poland. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I am a native english speaker at an advance level.Also i do speak french at an intermediate level What country or area are you looking to work in and why? My country of interest is Poland,Warsaw to be precise because i am currently pursueing an english masters degree program in development economics at the University of Warsaw. What countries have you worked in? I was working in my home country Cameroon before deciding to do my masters in Poland. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Poland What field do you currently work in? currently, i just arrived Poland and have started my masters program at the university of Warsaw.For now i am not employed here in Poland What fields have you worked in before? Before, i have worked mostly in the finance field where i started as an operations officer in a micofinance and later on worked as a branch manager. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a degree in banking and finance Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both valuable because they both have an intergrel part to play in the capacity building of an individual owing to the complexity of the job market we have today. Also it depends on your angle of focus. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other for me is very important in that; It reduce the work load and thus, speed up operations, Secondly,the sharing of skills,ideologies and technics from differnt backgrounds while working as a team enhance efficiency and as a result step up productivity. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone for me has little or no benefits.It can only be beneficial incase individual working for an organisation are allowed to concerntrate alone in certain special tasks that are very complicated and do not need mistakes or errors What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when i had one part time teaching job in a secondary school.I taught for a month and was not compensated. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson i had through out my working life is that hardwork,dedication and loving what you do are the key for anyone employed to suceed in a friendly working enviroment. What unique skills do you have? The skill a can say i have which is unique is my demacratic style of management.This is because all the companies i have work for upon leaving has been a regret to management and staff. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job will be to work for the United Nations under its development programs. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most important aspect of my field are that; it gives you an opportunity to unravelled what has been man's greatest problem of satisfying his needs from the limited resources available Also my field gives you the opportunity to meet people in all works of life It also give you a chance to take a critical look at human behaviours with respect to their changing needs and wants. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least intereting aspect of my field are that, It has never got to solve all human problem, Secondly,it has its own limitations because all its theories cannot be put in full human contexts.
