I have many years experience in office management and as a regional sales manager. What nationality are you? American What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Fluent in English and very little Polish (learning). I know of Polish words but still can not formulate sentences. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Warsaw Poland. I have lived in Warsaw now for 2 years with my wife and children. What countries have you worked in? America What countries do you have a visa to work in? Poland - right now have a temporary residency working toward permanent. What field do you currently work in? Right now I am a Regional Sales Manager for a software/hardware development company. What fields have you worked in before? Mainly sales What qualifications do you hold? B.S. degree in Business Management - Arizona State University USA MBA - University of Phoenix. USA Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both, you can not have one without the other and expect to get results. You need the written knowledge but at the same time need to know the hands on skills to make it work for you. Describe the benefits of working with others No company can be very successful without teamwork. It takes all employees and management working as a team (family) to get results. Describe the benefits of working alone Peace and quiet. Unfortunately that will not get results. Too many companies find that if only one person is working on a project alone it usually has a 50/50 chance of getting proper results for that particular situation and global business is always changing therefore think tanks are needed to produce the best results. What was your worst working experience? My current job. In a leading position but with hands tied. Need to increase sales but the company will not spend any money in doing so. So they try to rely on only e-mail advertising to secure new projects. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To stay up to date with current business trends. Especially in you the job market you work for. Also all management needs to continue to improve with there people skills. Employees are the backbone on any company! What unique skills do you have?
