Formal education or skills and why? I think skills and experience. Describe the benefits of working with others team building, socialising, get jobs done quicker and easier. What was your worst working experience? Working on an outdoor market stall in terrible weather conditions. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The customer is always right. What unique skills do you have? mix of creativity, great with customers and excellent at working within a team. What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
