Hi,I'm a 29 year old male computer technician with over 10 years experience in the industry, (I have actually been using computers since i was 9 years old so I have a vast amount of hands on experience)I have held various positions within the computer market with computer companys dealing with all sorts of issues and customer problems ranging from PC support, PC building, PC repairs, networks, internet web sites, databases, callouts, fault finding, stock managment, stock ordering/buying(buyer) & general installation of hardware and software which has envolved working with operating systems such as various lunix flavours and all the differant versions of microsoft windows, I have a wide range of knowlegde of the latest hardware ranging from printers, scanners, cameras, network attached storage to routers and hubs.
I will be moving to Lagos, Algarve, on the 15th of june and am seeking any type of computer related work, I beleave others consider myself to be a fast learner, hard working, loyal, honest, conscientious, out going , a team player and of course a dedicated geek with a eye for detail and a high level of standards and morels, my passion in life is computing and I beleave myself to be a asset to any company that employs me, I'm afriad i do not speak any portuguese however I do plan to learn the language as soon as I arrive in the Algarve I hope to be fluent within the first 12-18 months (if not sooner), given the high amount of british people living in the Algarve and the fact that 80% of the local people speak English and computer standards and terminology is universal i don't see this as being too much of a disadvantage.

- From 2005 My partners mother Jenney was dianosed with cancer, my partner did'nt want to give up her job to look after her mother as she had recently finished university and wanted to persue the carrer she had recently started. I decided that i would gave up working full time in order to take care of Jenny, this was the reason for being self employed from earlie 2005 and it also gave me the opertunity to futher better my skills by studying webdeisgn from home unfortunatly Jenny recently passed away and my partner and I have seperated. Given the enourmous amount of stress I have delt over the last 18 months I now want to leave the uk and start a new life in portugal where i have friends, family & a appartment, Having been out of the pc game for 18 months I'm extremely keen to get back into the PC market I have kept up with the technology scene and have been building pc's, repairing & fault finding etc in my spare time so I am not out of touch with current standards and specs I want to enclude this information as I beleave it reenforces my dedication and commitment to making a new life in portugal I am completely serious and dedicated to starting and succeeding with a new life in the Algarve.
