| Available in Lisbon for Childcare/Nanny/Teaching English work Hi there, my name is Amanda and I am looking for work with children. I have ten years experience working with children from 0-16. I have a British BTEC National Diploma in the study of Early Years and a British BA Combined Honours in 50% Advanced Study of Early Years and 50% Special Needs accredited by Liverpool University. I have a passion for working with children and have had a wide variety of roles in mainstream nursery and primary, special needs primary and secondary and secondary pupil referral unit (for children that have been excluded) educational settings. I have also worked for the NHS in the community as part of the Health Visiting Team, running child health clinics, advisory home visits for parents who need additional support in different areas including sleep routines, positive behviour management and diet. I am in Lisbon now and available to start work immediately, I would be willing to consider work somewhere other than Lisbon. I would very much like to stay in Portugal so that I can hopefully learn Portuguese.
