I worked in the field of Education.The last employment was in Escola Alema in Lisbon.One year before I worked in "KIGA" an german-portuguese Kindergarten in S.Pedro do Estoril.I also worked as an Au-pair for 16 months.I have some experience in working in bars.

I am Master in Special Pedagogy.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Both of them are important in the same way.We need some basics in form of formal educations to improve our skills.Each skill we reached is based on formal education.

In working with others you have to prove that you are a good team-player.The responsibility is not just on your backs.You meet new people,theirs point of viev and you can learn somthing from them."Learning by watching"

If you are working alone you have the power in your hands.You are your own Boss and nobody can tell you what you have to do.You take your own decision and responsibility for the proces.

Conflicts between colleagues.

Not to be afraid to speak out my own opinions and fighting for my rights.

I am very honest and take my responibility very serious.In my job i give 100%.I listen what the people have to say and i respect theirs opinions.Iam ambitious and self-confident.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
My "dream job" would be working as a property developer and selling houses to very rich people.I would like to live and work in a place like Dubai.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
All my life i worked with children.They are very spontaneous and open.There is no way to get boring in working with them.Each day i discoverd something new about them but also something new about me.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Children can be very very loud.
