Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Both have a very valid place in any position. Life skills and training are considerably important in the work force. Formal education is indication and acknowledgement that one has both the ability, desire and tenacity to learn and adapt.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working with others keeps ones mind open to learning new applications and approaches to one's job. Collegiality and sharing of knowledge builds a strong, confident and tightly knit work force.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone allows for independant, creative thought - however, it also negates the opportunity for dialogue with colleagues. If the position does not require team support, working alone is great and allows one to manage time and direct tasks as one sees fit.
What was your worst working experience?
Working in a call centre where the focus of customer service was jeopardized.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Take a deep breath, smile, give the best service and do the best job you can and honestly own up to errors of application and judgement. We are all human and, without intent, each of us makes misakes.
What unique skills do you have?
To this I would answer, 'me'! We are all unique as people. Skills are learned and I could answer - my ability to assess a problem and respond with creative solutions, in a timely and satisfactory manner. However, couldn't many other candidates?
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
There are two, the first being teaching English to others and the second would be a customer service or training related position in the Tourism/Hospitality industry.

Meeting people from many backgrounds and travelling
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Accounting/Bookeeping are least interesting to me - as an extrovert my preference is to be involved with people.
