I consider both Formal educational and Skills important because without any one of them, a person canīt apply or fulfill the job requirments. As to perfom best at work, one must have the proper education and also the experience in acheving the skills.

Benefits in working with others allows to explore different ideas, values and knowledge of other working. It also helps to develop the communication skills.

working alone allows to connect with yourself and assemble thoughts and ideas that at unique to an individual. Also it saves time in explaning and consulting others.
What was your worst working experience?
I have always enjoyed my job whatever it is, i donīt have the fear of working.

Passion for job is important to keep the stimulation alive.

to be the owner of a Montessori Nursery School.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
working with children from 2 to 6 years old who are at their developing stage. Montessori Curriculum which covers different areas of development like Language, Practical life, Mathematical, Cultural etc.
