I have worked as a Montessori Teacher in London with Modern Montessori International and with some other Montessori nursery schools in London over the period of 5 years. What qualifications do you hold? International Diploma in Modern Montessori Method of Teaching. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both Formal educational and Skills important because without any one of them, a person canīt apply or fulfill the job requirments. As to perfom best at work, one must have the proper education and also the experience in acheving the skills. Describe the benefits of working with others Benefits in working with others allows to explore different ideas, values and knowledge of other working. It also helps to develop the communication skills. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone allows to connect with yourself and assemble thoughts and ideas that at unique to an individual. Also it saves time in explaning and consulting others. What was your worst working experience? I have always enjoyed my job whatever it is, i donīt have the fear of working. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Passion for job is important to keep the stimulation alive. What unique skills do you have? Flexiblity, Punctual, good communication skills, always ready to learn new skills, likes to do research for new ideas.
