I am looking to work in the Algarve, portugal. I have spent some considerable time there an feel this is the place where I want to live. It is a fantastic country with a lot of beauty and culture. What countries have you worked in? Portugal!! What field do you currently work in? I currently work in child care, in a private pre-school nursery and private after school care. What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in child care in both a private home setting and school setting. I have also managed a restaurant and pub in London for 4 years. What qualifications do you hold? GCSE's Diploma in Child Care and Education Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I appreciate that some formal education is essential for certain jobs and employment, however I feel life experiences and skills/ training can be more valuable in the work place.
