Formal education or skills and why? I think formal education and skills go hand in hand. You need formal education to perform skills, whether the education comes from an institution or from someone who already knows the skills. Doing some sort of financial analyzing or trading some sort of commodity. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? You never what can happen in the future and it makes things exciting.
