I have esperience of how to take care of sick people, drawing blood, canalization of dificult veins and special comunication with pacients. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Education and of course to have good skills, too. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits you get when you work with others is you feel good, relaxed,less stresed, and you can give 100% quality care Describe the benefits of working alone you would feel very stressed and unhappy because you are not able to do what you have to. What was your worst working experience? One a night shift, I had 32 pacients by myself, and every pacient was complaining about their conditions and one pacient had haert attack, the other had hipoglecemia, others had hipertention, plus I had one pacient with a blood transfusion, I almost went crazy. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson was when one of my callings asked me, if i could please watch one of her pacients for a few minutes; She said the pacient was ok. When some time past I went to see the pacient, when I got to the room the pacient had high bood pressure, after I took the vital signs, 160/230 I had to call the Doctor and he told me many bad things because he said i did not give the medication before, the pacient was not mine. What unique skills do you have? Phebotomist skill, canalization of difficult veins, HIV conselor,typing rider, respiratory terapist, I speak spanish, english, some Italian and portuguese, perfect communication with patients. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To be a director of nursing What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Working with dificult pacient condition in urgent care. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Being in the office all day at the hospital. Will you be able to work in diferent places at the hospital no matter what time and date?
