I would say 50/50 on both but lean towards skills.Even with out formal education you could teach someone if they have the basic skills needed for a job Describe the benefits of working with others teamwork, more people usually means more brain power and more work done more quickly, can discuss issues that may arise Describe the benefits of working alone No one slowing you down, No time wasted discussing things more work What was your worst working experience?
