Also work as a Cash Advance Store Manager wish is a short term Loan Company. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I can speak, read and write both English and Spanish. What State are you looking to work in and why? I would like to relocate in Puerto Rico. My kids moved out of Tampa and the rest of my family is in Puerto Rico. What field do you currently work in? Advertisment. I'm a magazzine Commercial Director. What fields have you worked in before? Humane Resources, Store Manager, Loan Manager and Advertisment Director. What qualifications do you hold? Very patience dealing with people. Very professional and lots of experience in different management levels. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. Formal education is important, but your experience and skills are what you really use to perform your job with sucess. Describe the benefits of working with others You can work in a team and perform the job faster and easier for everybody. Describe the benefits of working alone You can measure your time better and make sure the job is done as you wanted. What was your worst working experience? Having to train employees to learn how to use the time clock to clock in there hours. For weeks we had to fix there hours all the time. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be patience to certain level, but at the same time remember the job has to be done no matter what. So plan your day always. What unique skills do you have? Very organized. Work well under pressure. Do not need to be supervised. Very good training skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A administrative position with any company that can offer me a challenge position utilizing my experience and strength.
