I Retired from Pakistan Army after 18 years service. mostly i worked as data entry operator in high level organization. What qualifications do you hold? Higher Secondary School Certificate, 6 months course in Computer Hard ware and 6 months in soft ware, 1 year 3 months diploma from army school of technician. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is necessary to get the skills education because if you did not get formal education you did not success in skilled education.
