Enham Collage – Studying towards NVQ2 in Information Technology. This course included the following Units –

• Software installation and upgrade

• Technical fault diagnosis

• Technical fault remedy

• Testing ICT systems

• Health and safety

During the course, experience was gained in Data recovery, Hardware replacing, operating systems installation and repair, fixing hardware and software problems and repairing customers computers among other thing. This course also taught customer care, health and safety, and personal and organizational effectiveness.

2001 -2004 Musician

Self Employed

• Working in various locations including Hotels and Restaurants playing music for guests

1999 -2001 Assistant Manager

Berkeley Hotel

• Preparing banquets and conferences to order for guests

• Welcoming and registering guests into the hotel, and taking bookings

• Covering any staff shortages, ensuring that all areas of the hotel were running smoothly
