Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I beleive both are important, and would be the ideal package. However if i had to choose one, i would say, Skills. This is because if someone has the skills for a certain job role, they are able to apply them, which leads to experience, and experience to more skilss and so on. However to just posses Formal education, although showing knowledge and commitment, it will not help you with the bassic skills of,for example, good interpersonal skills. These skills need to be able to come at least slightly naturaly.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Benefits of working with others is that I am able to learn off them, and also help them in things they may need to learn. It also helps confidents, as you would be working as a team, but also may need to work in a more leadership role with others.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Benefits of working alone could be less destractions. It also gives you more focus, to develop in yourself. This is because you cant rely on others for help as much and therefore have more responsibilities.
What was your worst working experience?
My worst working experience was when i enjoyed working so so much with the Two Profoundly Disabled Adults. Howeve, when i injured my back at work, it meant i was no longer able to work with them, this was due to all the manual lifting involved. My back is fine now, i just would not be able to work with such intense lifting.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
