This depends on the employment. After all, development of skills are very possibly considered formal education and to gain formal education you would have to have skills
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working with others brings something different to the table. Some are great with details, others see the big picture clearly. Others are good at presenting ideas, still others are GREAT at helping the process along. There are those that need to have everything in place and others that can fly by the seat of their pants.
Those are the benefits of working with others - you might learn a different way of doing things or thinking about things.
Describe the benefits of working alone
I think it depends on the type of work and your personality. If you're the type that needs to be around people being alone would be torture. You would be bored and wouldn't be able to concentrate. Some work better in a competing atmosphere.
So, for the one who is able and strives on being secluded and has the type of work that doesn't require anyone else. It would be heaven, peaceful, he would be able to gather his thoughts. However he would need some source of inspiration if not from other people.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
First,to accept different societies, demographics and people. The second most important life lesson that I learned is - Treat people like you want to be treated. This is the "Golden Rule". It is a Biblical principle to "Love your neighbor as yourself".

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
One thing I would love is to be the person who hand out money to worthwhile projects and needy groups of people. This would include tackling major world issues like health, economy and education. I'm really intrigued with micro credit financing entities. They are powerful ways to get people who would otherwise not be able to participate in a world economy into the game.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Acceptance of others and their beliefs knowing that each of us are different and all of us are a singular aspect to universal harmony.
