MSc (Masters in Biological Sciences)and then Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technologist from Department of Clinical Laboratories, Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi Pakistan.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Skills are more valueable because without skills formal education is less helpful in getting good jobs.

Working with others have many benefits, the formost is learning from each other, sharing knowledge and skills and even language and different cultures.

Working alone is a challenging job, you will have to decide all the technical and management tasks independently.
What was your worst working experience?
When some time there is a troubbleshoot of a most important peice of equipment in the lab, and you dont have the alternative option, then there is a worst experience in providing the lab tests reports.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
To be more satis fied in the job career, one must choose the most relevent jobs to their university education.Otherwise you will not be as much successful as others who have choosen the relevent jobs after their university education.
What unique skills do you have?
I think my unique skills are to collect the relevent guide lines, documents, manuals, after reading and understanding, my intrest is to adopt them to my laboratory situation.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
My dream job is to work and supervise a clinical/TB laboratory, with a good salary.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Developing and implementing quality systems in health laboratories
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
By performing manual method in the lab, it involves many reagets and having in use of many pieces of small lab equipment.For example hematology services.
