I think formal education is more important because the skills are some thing we acquire within time.

when we work with others we learn from them and we exchange skills.

not a lot but may be when working alone, a person can concentrate better.
What was your worst working experience?

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
that we teachers learn from our students, that teaching is a great job that one should devote himself to and probably the first job in which a person gives as much as possible for better results.
What unique skills do you have?
I understand my students, I talk to them and I am very near to them after all they are humans not computers and I was once a student like them.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
an American civilisation teacher in one of Qatar universities.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
knowing the culures of the English speaking countries and particularly that of the US.
