I think formal education is more important because the skills are some thing we acquire within time. Describe the benefits of working with others when we work with others we learn from them and we exchange skills. Describe the benefits of working alone not a lot but may be when working alone, a person can concentrate better. What was your worst working experience? none. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? that we teachers learn from our students, that teaching is a great job that one should devote himself to and probably the first job in which a person gives as much as possible for better results. What unique skills do you have? I understand my students, I talk to them and I am very near to them after all they are humans not computers and I was once a student like them.
