Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
To me its both! i feel in my field of work you require both skills as i will be dealing with people's lives! e.g i would'nt know how to perform a caesarian section if i was not taught the anatomy of the abdomen & female reproductive system.

Team work is the key! you learn a lot of skills from other colleagues and therefore you gain more confidence.

You learn to do things independently and become trustworthy by your colleagues and moreover you gain confindence and trust from your patients.
What was your worst working experience?
Treating incurable debilitating diseases e.g Cancers!! you know exactly there's not much you can do for patients.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Not to take things for granted because Medical field is versatile! i need to update my medical knowledge at a regular basis.
What unique skills do you have?
Performing Caesarian sections ,inserting Intercostal Drains ,Lumbar punctures, drawing blood ,CVP lines ,drips insertion, genital warts cautery, ectopic pregnancy operations, removal of IUD's , ultra sounds

Doing new skills with updated National health protocols
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Seeing young people dying of chronic illnesses like HIV & AIDS , Cancer
