Iam Egyptian Doctor with, 30 years of experience , with long experience in hospital management since 1412 H. (17years ), special skills in running Hot areas in the hospital eg., I.C.U, E.R , Laboratory, Dialysis and O.R.

I have a strategic and operational plans for managing the following aspects :

1. PATIENT CARE :to assure quality , updated , modern and safe medical service to the patient , assuring a valid updated mission , vision and scope of vision considering patient rights, and health education plans to the patient and his community.

3.environment ; assuring a clean , safe environment , free of pollution , Implementing safety plan covering management of hazzard , radiation , chemical and pollution .

4-. UTILITY : to assure the quality use of utilities to the best and to maximise the benefit of the fund .

5- Hospital improvement plan , i can implement a hospital improvement plan , assuring improvement in all departments , monitoring of the improvement through hospital SCORE CARD , a system for INCIDENTS analysis , problems solving through RCA , and PARETO analysis.

6- Applying FORCE FIELD analysis and the SWOT analysis for all, plans to maximxise areas of strength and mimnimise areas of weaknes , and eleminating threatening factors .
