Working alone needs large number of efforts because if you wanna work alone you should have all sort of skills (Multidimentional skills)and if one wanna work alone,one should have pass through a series of experiences.If some one desire to work alone he/she should prepare for series of experiences and definitely will reach to goal.

When i got oppointed for the first time and was not able to manage high upps.

I have learnt that if you donot want any rule that harms your organization/institution dont go for it untill and unless you reach the top and when you do so change the rule.
