General ward, Emergency, Out patient department & Gynecology department. What qualifications do you hold? B.Sc - Nursing with almost 3 years of experience in bed side nursing. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are important in one way or the other. The formal education gives you the theoretical knowledge and you apply it practically and improve your skills. The worst working experience, when I do all my best in giving treatment to a patient and still the patient feels a discomfort in treatment.
