Both are important in one way or the other. The formal education gives you the theoretical knowledge and you apply it practically and improve your skills.

The worst working experience, when I do all my best in giving treatment to a patient and still the patient feels a discomfort in treatment.

I have a NABH training leader, Team leader in my ward, Attended various polio drop program, DOTs Program and AIDS program.
