Job description:

Crude oil from 12 wells flows into inlet and test manifold. It is then stabilised and treated to meet specifications through 04 stages of three phases separation (High pressure 650 psi, Medium pressure 170 psi, Low pressure 40 psi then flash unit 5 psi).Prior to enter the MP separators oil is heated by means of a heater to enhance separation . Oil phase then goes into low separation stage which are heater treater separtors operated at 40 psi/ 150 °F. After flash stage Oil is then stored in tanks before being exported through a 20” pipeline. At least 80% of the produced gas is injected back to the reservoir by means of 4 injection wells. The remaining gas as well as recovered liquids from the plant flow through an NGL unit used to valorise liquid recovery. Recovered liquids are then injected back to the reservoir using reciprocating pumps at a pressure 5200 psi.

Recovered water from Separation goes to an evaporation pond.

We ensure the operation of the plant owing to several equipment such as: Gas compressors (copper superior), heater treater, gas dehydration system (dryers), oil storage and export system, electric generator (Waukesha), Cater Pillar reciprocating pumps, fuel gas and air instrument system….

Duties:

Operation of the plant, reporting of daily production rates and the safe operation of the plant using safe work permits, taking plant and well samples.

Equipments:

Reciprocating gas compressors (copper superior) , gas dehydration system (dryers)

Heater treater separators (burners), electric centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps (caterpillar), power generators (waukeshau) and instrument air generators (atlas copco).

Project of restoration and setting up of the distribution control system (DCS) in L.N.G plant which consist of :

1. Six (06) Modules, each one contain three (03) boilers, Compression, Liquifaction, Dehydration and Decarbonation UNITS.

2. Big boiler A.B.B (Atlantic brown boveri) in order to serve a high capacity of L.N.G.

3. Utility unit : removes the slat from the sea water and feeding boilers.

4. Terminal : (three Tanks and Jetty).

Duties:

Removing and install instruments as (flow, pressure, temperature and level transmitters), check calibration and tubing.
