For me the both are compliment of other; furmal educaction to allow to us understand the basic and meaning of the princip; and skills for excelent execution and deal with deffirents problems and issues

in fact working alone present some limitation in some tasks where the team work required, but still have a benift in some tasks where we can focus in development in some technics and show our skills to grow up in our career
