Looking forward to get a job that would be challenging on my part as a Branch or Showroom Manager based on my Car Selling Experiences for the past 25 years with TOYOTA. What nationality are you? Australian citizen but i was born in Manila, Philippines What languages do you speak (and at what level)? National Filipino, English, Spanish and Arabic (not very fluent) What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I've heard about QATAR which is becoming very popular and the economy is boosting up and the development is realistically sensational. What countries have you worked in? Started in the Philippines, Dubai/Abu Dhabi,UAE (10 years), Australia (14 years) What countries do you have a visa to work in? Nothing at the moment. (Australian Citizen) What field do you currently work in? Working as Retail Sales Executive with Toyota Network. What fields have you worked in before? Ever since for the last 25 years, been working with Toyota which is a part of my life as my bread and butter for my family. What qualifications do you hold? I think with my experience, i am fully qualified of what i want to attain for. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Apart from your education to start with and the experiences which i have done for so many years, it will make you as a person to be very successful and be able to share for those new generation who were just starting in the market to make and develop their skills and make it reasonable and achievable for the purpose of becoming a successful and acceptable for the employer which give a result of growing and bigger. Describe the benefits of working with others It's a big challenge and especially of different nationality, wherein we could share and set the purpose of what we are looking for the goals to work as a TEAM, that each and everyone could share their thoughts and perceptions and make it happen the purpose of what has to be done. Describe the benefits of working alone Progress will not be done if you're alone and it has to be with someone else as i said, if you have a goal to succeed and to attain, we have to be working hard with the groups or teams to make it happen and the goal of the company be acceptable and fulfilled for good results. What was your worst working experience? If you don't imply to your group or team the purpose and goal of what you want to attain you will never get in to that purposes. No respect to each and everyone, not giving any assistance to the team to make it happen for what you want to achieve. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Focus on your goals, respect and trust whoever you will be working with and of course the outcome/result of your hard work that makes the employer or the company a profitable one and after sales service (good result) and will never be forgotten. What unique skills do you have? Base on my skills and experience, i had been awarded as a top consultant from the start until the present. Hard work and Commitment ,Honesty, Perseverance, Loyalty are just a part of it. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I wish that if i could be very successful, i have been dreaming to be a part of the Directors or one of the shareholders of the company. But at present, if i could only be given a chance to proof to myself that i can manage and make a profitability for the employer of me, be the Showroom Manager of the dealership of Toyota and it will be a big break for me.
