I believe skills and experience is more valuable than formal education, though I had formal education too and holding a degree. Howeever, skills are learned from experiences. It equips the person with something to use for his present or future career in any field.It is the skills that dirent the career path of the person
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working with others or in a team is a learning experience. You develop certain characteristics that will help you become a better person. Also, if youre an employee, you need to learn cooperation, teamwork, and ability to work/get along with others as all of you are part of an organization with a mission and vision that each one has to do his/her part to accomplish such goal.

Working alone is sometimes good because it teaches you to rely on yourself, your skills and your own decision, to work independently, to concentrate on tasks assigned and to learn as much as you can because there will be no one to do things for you,or help you out for tasks to be accomplished
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
I have learned to learn as much as I can in whatever position I hold regardless of the time if its temporary job or permanent. I learned to get along well with colleagues, because at the end of the day, all of you can either help or break each others career and teamwork is most values in organizations where goals are highly set and everyone needs to cooperate fopr smooth operation and to achieve success for the organization

I believe that everyone has skills to offer, but with my positive outlook in doing the job and enjoying the job whatever it brings, enabled me to effectively and efficiently perform jobs I had taken and that it created camaraderie and teamwork thus achieved the goals set in the most prompt and efficient manner
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
I always wanted to work in Media, like TV production, news and current affairs..but recently, I am interested to be in the Human Resource field,like recuiting & management. It gives satisfaction to be able to help companies/clients as well as applicants to meet and place the right candidate and meeting the employers satisfaction and requirements
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
I believe that one of many interesting aspects in working in the administration/secretarial role is that it strentghens your coomunications skills as you need to communicate and coordinate with a lot of people regarding taks/jobs. Also, it exposes you to new office technology/applications that you will be able to use now or in the future. I think that admin/secretarial job is the basic foundation of all office work.If one is just ambitious and always eager to learn more, i think admin/secretarial job is one heck of a step to grow and rise in the ladder of success.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Sometimes, admin/secretarial role tends to be boring.It is a must that a person should always look for something to learn so that tasks will not become a routinary job , but a creative way to learn effective and efficient procedures/ways of doing things.

I am confident that 7 years working experience has taught and provided me learned skills and experiences along with the right attitude to work, continuous desire to succeed and commitment to implemet policies and uphold the organizations' mission and vision.
