Working in thar coal field in harsh condition and in very warm environment What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always do work with honesty and dignity and try to learn from professionals What unique skills do you have? mud logging, Maintaining litho logs with proper core recoveries. Construction of geo technical logs. Coal sampling according to USGS guidelines. Making panel diagrams and isopach maps of the area. Supervision of drilling rigs. Also doing hydrological studies (ground water studies) in Thar coal field Pakistan. Monitoring process of installation of MS casing, gravelling, well development, and testing. Monitoring geophysical logging. Comparing geophysical logs with geological logs. Identifying water bearing formations. Making design of casing. Doing water well pump test checking. Monitoring water well discharge by different methods, such as use of a container and stop watch, weir tank, flow meter etc. Report writing and documentation.
