I prefer to work in a team environment because working with others makes a great contribution for success in any engineering task. I feel my contribution as part of a team could be put to much better use with a more focused company where I can expand my skills further

Working alone make us more confident and proactive.
What was your worst working experience?
Working with Siemens in 135MW Power plant commissioning was very hard time becuse of conflict between siemens and subcontrators employess but I managed the project very well by motivating and coching the trade workers and keep them busy in differnt task to avoid conflict.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Selection of right peoples for right skills that makes you perfect executing the job. Coaching and motivating the engineering team. Upgrading technical skills. upgrade trade technican skills. Safety Education.
