Formal education or skills and why? i think skills are more valuable than formal education. because if you have skills? then you will pass any exam of formal education,and with skills you can work in field as a professional. but if u have only a degree or diploma and don't have skills, then u cannot done well in your field. Describe the benefits of working with others with the working with others, you can get a lot of experience. always a check on your work,some people are there to tell your mistakes. Describe the benefits of working alone if i am working alone, and i have skills then no one there to interfere in my work. i will free to take professional descisions. and no any kind of job politics around me. i know i am skilled person. that's why i will successful in working alone.
