Formal education or skills and why? both of them because if you don't have education u can't wide up your skill, because you need theory on that. That one of my client before shouted me too much in here store, and after i handle it and i never lost that account, and she purchase me again. In Ftth job i did a lot of unique skills, that the other team cant do it What would you consider as your 'dream job'? That i should work in line with my profession.
