I'am SEDDIK Faouzi , télécommunication engineer from tunisia.Ihave 5 years experienece IN GSM network and specially on the BSS party. I have also good experience in civil work and all construction step for GSM site.

Now, my job is a Consultant ' SITE INSPECTOR' in algeria GSM project, I do finally acceptance for BSS and BTS installation and civil work Status.

I still working here in algeria, but i think i will be immediatly available if i find a PERMANENT job with quatar telecom.

I have good experience in 0&M ALCATEL SIEMENS ERCSSON ZTE AND HUWEWEI, OMC__R Configuration management and Administration management.

I work on core-network entities (MSC, HLR, GMSC, SCP). i have solid experience in Both HUAWEI and ZTE equipments.

i presently work with Huawei Technologies in Nigeria as the NSS supervisour in the Technical service Department where i provide technical support for both on-going and completed Mobile network projcets. after haven worked 2 years with ZTE in both China and Nigeria in the capacity of Senoir Swtiching Engineer for the NSS core-network products.

Position Description in English:

Provide first line & second line maintenance (technical support) for the NSS (Switching Core) equipments during the Network Operations Phase. Give On-the-job training to other CS Core Engineer colleagues.

· Correct NSS faults and performance degradations in the managed network

· Responsible to be involved in the development and implementation of O&M processes

· Responsible for co-operating with the technical support of 3rd party equipment

· Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of all circuit core switching equipments

· Problems solved or escalated to the correct group/team.

· NSS network elements downtimes decreased

· NSS network element quality improved

· Will be involved in software upgrades and correction updates to switching elements

Needed Competencies and Skills in English:

- Independently carries out installation and/or commissioning and/or integration of Nokia 3G Rel.4 CS CORE activities.

- Participates in fault management and/or help-desk activities. (Helpdesk, Kruse etc.)
