Skills because Skills means you have experience in practical domain, Implementation of project exposure, whereas Formal exposure gives you knowledge on theoritical aspects of the project but actual implementation can be done only if you have the skills in you Describe the benefits of working with others Workin as a team brings in a lot of confidence and different minds brings in unique ideas to implement a project.
