Formal education or skills and why? biggner level training from world call telecome limited broad band lahore. i have 3 year experience(2 years experience in FTTH and 2 year experience in telecome company ltd Describe the benefits of working with others when i have join the world call telecome limited broad band lahore telecom company i dont know that what is the fiber optic cable and jointing and testing the fiber cable so first of all my company give me the basic fiber optic training in 3week after this training im working in installation team in custumer side and after 6 month i got the promotion as Technician and my team change and again company give me the training in field side like jointing.splicing in the field im working in this team 4month and got promotion as Sr.technician after this training and field work im expert the splicing,jointing and ODF,BPR,and CABINET intallation.SO my next field is fiber cable testing and my company give me again fast track promotion oppertunity as Jr.Transmission Supervoiser and after test and interview i again got a promotion in this time im working as Assistant Transmission Supervoiser in EXCHANGE side for custumer patching, splitter,wdm,installation in exchange end.......
